Terms & Conditions Mywebcenters.com and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. Your purchase or use of our services implies that you have carefully read and accepted these terms and conditions. For clarity purposes, on this page, the term "services" refers to the web hosting services that we will provide to you and, if you are an Affiliate, the services we provide to you in connection with that program. The term "mywebcenters.com" or "us", "we", "our", "company" refers to mywebcenters.com and its associates. 1. We will start working on your project after we have received due payment, so long as you abide by the terms and conditions that are set out on this page, and in any other agreements that relate to the services we may provide to you. We will be glad to provide the services according to the specifications listed that you selected during the signup process. 2. We will under no circumstances be held accountable to satisfy unreasonable expectations or requests that are beyond our services offered to its client. We reserve to right to decide whether or not a request or an expectation is reasonable or is in range of our current services. We will strive to make all the necessary efforts to fulfill the customer's requests within the frame of its original agreement with the customer, according to the company's understanding. 3. Your satisfaction is our main goal. If you would like to take advantage of our additional services, let us know and we would be more than happy to help you with the understanding that additional fees will also included, based on our hourly rates. 4. Slight setbacks in project completion may occur when: · A payment is not processed on time · A client requests additional work or changes on the project · A client purchases an additional service related to the project · Client is late in submitting materials needed for the project Also, please be advised that time frame estimates are subject to change at any time at MyHostCenter's discretion. 5. Once you agree to become our client, you give full authorization to our company to charge the payment method you submitted for all the invoices generated for the services we provided you. You are free to change your payment method at any time. Simply contact your project consultant prior to your payment's due date. 6. For security reasons regarding processing your credit card data, mywebcenters.com does all that we can to make sure: · Your account access remains secure, your data is maintained accurately, your information is correctly used and safeguarded through appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures that it uses to collect information both online and offline. · We hire the services of reliable third party companies to manage credit card information and payment gateway secured encryptions for the websites of its clients. Client is responsible fees attached per transaction and/or fees per month. If available, various fee plans can be set up to best suit the client's needs depending on the volume of the client's online transactions. 7. All rates posted on this site are subject to change without notice. We strive to keep our rates updated as possible, but these rates are for information purposes only and can change according to the specifications of the client's project. Please contact us for current pricing. 8. We want you to know that you are important to us and we are committed to completing your project. However, our clients also need to understand that we are working on a schedule. If a project is halted by the client or if the client fails to communicate with our company for more than 3 weeks, their account will become inactive and a reengagement fee of 15% of the total project cost will be added to restart the project. If there is no meaningful activity for 3 months, the project may be terminated without refund. 9. All payments are final. It is our policy that no refunds will be made. 10. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other promotion and had no cash value. 11. All the pictures shown in this web site are solely representative. 12. This website may provide links to third-party websites for the client's convenience. We cannot be held responsible for the content and information of these sites. If you access any of these sites, you do so at your own risk. 13. Our company is not liable for the content and material of the web site projects that it designs and/or hosts. We have no control over the information and products found on these websites. 14. Due to the nature of web design and programming, websites always appear differently on different computers. Screen resolution, operating system, and browsing software are just a few examples of variables that may affect the appearance of a website. Client must be aware of the presence of these variables and understand that our company and its employees cannot be held responsible for them. 15. At our sole discretion, we may choose to feature our website projects that we have worked on or is working on, which include the following: screenshots, links to the live website, description of our influence on the project, etc. Client must understand and accept our displaying or linking to their website or online projects. 16. We will try our best to provide you with services 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. But, the client must be aware that there are a number of variables that may cause the services to be unavailable for a period of time. These include equipment malfunctions, periodic maintenance or repairs, power failures, telecommunication failure, network traffic, and other occurences. We are not liable to these variables that may interrupt your service. 17. Due to our evolving business and the changing nature of the web hosting industry, these terms of service may change. We will post the changes here, and your continued use of the service means you accept the changes we have made. 18. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we have adopted a policy to suspend or terminate the accounts of website owners found to be in violation of copyright. We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask you to do the same. We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may be repeat infringers.
